You meet some very interesting people while boxing and none was more fun to talk to than when I met stunt expert Chelsea Mather while sparring in the ring. Chelsea was so kind to sit down with me to discuss her career as a Stunt performer for blockbuster movies and TV. Over the Shoulder is…
New Rom-com “Nobody Wants This” title couldn’t be further from the truth as everybody should enjoy these 10 episodes. Not sure it needs a reported sequel though, even though I loved it. Netflix’s new hottest couple is the unlikely pairing of a Rabbi and a sex podcaster. Who would have thought it, not me but…
One phrase, “an emotional roller-coaster” that’s the only way I can describe this season. You know when a show is amazing, because you just sit down in your comfy sofa and are just engrossed with the storyline. This is one of those programmes. The saying, “things get worse before they get better,” is the optimal…
Film Editor PJ Harling has had an incredibly varied career in the entertainment industry although it nearly never happened. Actor, writer, director, and…
We need to keep this short and sweet because it is fair say this musical was not my cup of tea. In 2019, this hit show received 14 Tony nominations and won eight, including Best Musical. Most people say this is their favourite show that is on at the West End, I have a different…
Only a day away from the Paris 2024 Olympic ceremony, this in-depth examination of arguably the greatest gymnast ever makes for compelling viewing. “And still rising” is a tattoo written on her shoulder and is a perfect quote to describe Simone Biles, as well as being a powerful metaphor to describe this documentary. It is…
Over the Shoulder spoke to the fascinating actor and director MJ Lee about her role in the short film Mr Strappy and her experience in the show. When did you discover your passion for acting? It’s interesting because even though I always loved performance, it never was an option because it was not considered a ”real…
